In the following step, you will encounter a radio button. Please select ‘Forget my password’ from the options. After choosing ‘Forget password,’ proceed by clicking the ‘Next’ button.
On the subsequent screen, you will be required to provide specific details, including your User ID, account number, country, mobile number, date of birth, and the captcha code. Ensure that you accurately fill in all the required information and then click on the ‘Submit’ button.
